That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Marietta Team Behind Cardinal Air Duct Marietta
Most duct cleaning companies send whoever’s available. We send people we know by name, people who’ve worked in enough Marietta attics and crawl spaces to know exactly what Georgia humidity does to ductwork in East Cobb, Powder Springs, and Kennesaw. Omar Haddad runs this location, but he’ll tell you the company only works because the four people below treat every house like their grandmother lives there. They run the equipment, answer the phone, book the appointments, and stand behind the 365-Day Done Right Promise. Here’s who shows up at your door.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has spent 14 years in the HVAC and duct trade, the last 7 of them running lead on residential jobs across Marietta and greater Cobb County. He’s the guy who trains new techs on the Rotobrush rotary brush system and the Nikro HEPA vacuum units, making sure debris leaves through negative-pressure extraction rather than drifting back into your living room. His specialty is diagnosing airflow problems in older split-level homes, the kind built in the 1970s and 80s around Whitlock Avenue and Indian Hills where duct runs make no sense on paper. Marcus keeps a pocket notebook of every weird configuration he’s seen. Off the clock, he’s rebuilding a 1987 Bronco in his garage and has strong opinions about Georgia Bulldogs football.
Danielle R., Senior Installer
Danielle joined Cardinal Air Duct Marietta three years ago after six years in commercial HVAC maintenance, which means she’s seen duct systems in office parks off Windy Hill Road that would keep most homeowners up at night. She handles the heavier side of the job: dryer vent replacement, HVAC cleaning on multi-unit rental properties, and containment setup using Abatement Technologies equipment when a job calls for full isolation. Danielle holds her EPA 608 certification and is the person who trains apprentices on proper containment protocol so dust never migrates through a customer’s house. She grew up in Smyrna and knows which neighborhoods have vent runs that snakes love to nest in. Her human detail: she bakes sourdough on weekends and will absolutely remember if you mention you have a dog.
Lena P., Service Coordinator
Lena is the voice you hear when you call (762) 216-4075. She’s been answering phones for home service companies in Marietta for close to a decade, and she knows the difference between a dryer vent blockage and a full duct cleaning just from the way a customer describes the problem. Lena coordinates every job through The Relay Standard: live trackable arrival windows, technician name and photo sent ahead, and a digital invoice you can pay from your phone before the tech even pulls out of the driveway. She’s the reason customers know who’s coming to their door and when. Lena lives in West Cobb with two rescue mutts and keeps a running list of the best taco spots within 10 minutes of every zip code we serve. Ask her for a recommendation and she’ll have one ready.
Devon W., Apprentice Technician
Devon came to us a year ago from the electrical trade, which gives him an unusual advantage: he understands the wiring behind the fans, thermostats, and blower motors attached to duct systems. He’s working toward his full HVAC certification while riding along with Marcus and Danielle on Marietta jobs, learning the equipment brands we run: Rotobrush brush systems, Nikro HEPA vacuums, and Honeywell and Aprilaire filtration products we install when a customer needs better air quality. Devon’s specialty is patience, which matters when you’re crawling through a 130-degree attic in July off Atlanta Road. He grew up in Marietta and went to Marietta High School, so driving the local streets is second nature. Weekends, he fishes at Lake Allatoona and shows up on time Monday regardless of what he caught.
One Standard, Every Job
The four people above, plus Omar, all work under the same set of rules. Every job gets a written price before any work starts. Every repair gets a written guarantee, and if that repair fails within 365 days, we come back and fix it at no charge. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it applies to every booking without exception. It’s not a sales gimmick. It’s the reason Marcus triple-checks a duct seal, why Danielle photographs containment setup before and after, why Lena documents everything in your digital invoice, and why Devon isn’t allowed to touch a customer’s home alone until Marcus signs off. Each location in the Relay Home Co. family is independently owned and operated, but the standard doesn’t change from one Georgia town to the next. You get a live trackable arrival window, before-and-after photo proof of the work, and a phone number that a real human answers. Whether you’re in Marietta, Kennesaw, or Powder Springs, this is how we work. Call (762) 216-4075 and Lena will get you on the schedule.
