Worth knowing

That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.

Air Duct Cleaning Before & After in Marietta, GA

We could tell you our Rotobrush and Nikro equipment pulls ten pounds of dust out of a typical Marietta duct system, but that number doesn’t hit the same as seeing it. So we document every job with before-and-after photos, because the difference between a duct that looks clean and one that actually is clean should be something you can see with your own eyes. That’s what this page is for.

Two-Story Home in East Cobb: Return Duct Packed With Drywall Dust

Before & after photos being added soon – East Cobb return duct project

Return duct before cleaning (left) and after Rotobrush + Nikro negative-pressure extraction (right).

A homeowner in East Cobb called us after a bathroom renovation left a fine layer of drywall dust across every return vent in the house. The problem wasn’t just visible dust on the grilles – the return ducts had pulled that powder into the trunk line, and their HVAC system was circulating it through the bedrooms. We ran our Rotobrush rotary brush system through the returns to break the dust free, then kept a Nikro HEPA vacuum running at negative pressure the entire time so the loosened material went straight into containment instead of back into the air. By the end of the job, the vent openings looked bare metal again, and the homeowner told us the “new house smell” from the renovation was gone within a day.

Split-Level in Kennesaw: 14 Years of Pet Hair and Lint in Every Bedroom Vent

Before & after photos being added soon – Kennesaw bedroom vent project

Bedroom supply vent before cleaning (left) and after removal of pet hair matting (right).

This job started as a dryer vent cleaning, but when our technician pulled the supply vent covers in the bedrooms, the buildup behind them told a bigger story. Fourteen years of golden retriever hair had matted against the vent edges like felt, and the airflow through the two upstairs bedrooms was noticeably weak. We cleaned the full duct system, not just the visible vent openings, using brush agitation followed by HEPA extraction. The before photo shows a vent opening that looked like the inside of a dryer lint trap. The after photo shows clean sheet metal and a vent cover that sits flush again.

Ranch Home in Marietta: HVAC Coil Coated With a Dust Blanket

Before & after photos being added soon – Marietta HVAC coil project

Evaporator coil before cleaning (left) and after HEPA vacuum + coil cleaning (right).

The owner of this ranch home near Marietta Square had replaced her air filter faithfully for years and still saw dust settling on furniture within two days of dusting. When we opened the air handler, the evaporator coil looked like it was wearing a gray sweater. A dirty coil doesn’t just circulate dust; it makes your AC work harder in a Georgia summer, which means higher bills and a system that ages faster. We cleaned the coil and the full supply and return runs, and the result was an immediate change in air movement you could feel at the vents. The after photo is what a coil should look like – bare fins, no fuzz.

Townhouse in Smyrna: Dryer Vent Duct Choked With Lint Farther Than the Lint Trap

Before & after photos being added soon – Smyrna dryer vent project

Dryer vent interior before cleaning (left) and after rotary brush + HEPA extraction (right).

This Smyrna townhouse had a dryer that took two cycles to dry a single load of towels, which is a classic signal that the vent run is restricted somewhere beyond the reach of the homeowner’s lint brush. The vent run was long and made two turns before it exited the exterior wall, and lint had packed into those bends until the opening was down to about the diameter of a quarter. We ran our brush system through the entire run while vacuuming at the exit point, then showed the homeowner the pile of lint we pulled out. The after photo shows a clear duct, and the dryer’s cycle time dropped back to normal immediately.

New Construction Home in West Cobb: Post-Build Dust in a Brand New Duct System

Before & after photos being added soon – West Cobb new construction project

Supply duct in new construction before cleaning (left) and after removal of post-build debris (right).

A lot of people assume a brand new house has clean ducts, but anyone who has walked through a job site knows that’s not how construction works. Sawdust, drywall sanding, and debris get into the duct runs before the subcontractors ever clean up. This West Cobb home was a new build, and the owners kept seeing fine white dust settle on their dark floors every time the AC kicked on. We cleaned every supply and return run before they furnished the place, pulling out a surprising amount of construction material from ducts that had never been used for more than a month. The after photo shows a clean, smooth duct interior ready for years of clean air.

Duplex Near Marietta High School: Kitchen Grease Film Traveling Up the Return

Before & after photos being added soon – Marietta High School area duplex project

Return duct near kitchen before cleaning (left) and after degreasing + HEPA extraction (right).

This duplex near Marietta High School had a return vent in the kitchen hallway that had turned grimy and slightly tacky to the touch. Cooking grease and smoke drawn into the return had coated the duct walls and trapped dust on top of it, forming a sticky layer that regular cleaning couldn’t address with dry brushing alone. We cleaned the entire return side of the system with attention to that grease film, then ran HEPA extraction to pull everything loosened out of the duct. The before photo shows a duct that looks like the inside of an old range hood. The after shows clean metal.
